Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for leaving early, arriving late, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, injury, and/or family emergencies. If you cancel your participation on/after January 30th, 2025, or during the workshop for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. I know unforeseen circumstances happen and would love to be able to compensate you, but incurred costs have been accrued on my end with creating this workshop and paying all who are involved. Space is limited so please be sure you would like to reserve a spot.

However, in the unlikely event that I have to cancel for any unforeseen circumstances or to not enough participants, I will refund all of your payments.
Before Booking Your Flight:

I will know if we have enough participants by February 27th, 2025. If you choose to purchase your plane ticket before that time, it would be best to purchase refundable tickets and in general, travel insurance. I will not be responsible for any travel costs made before I send word we have met the required amount of participants.
What to Pack & Expect:

Average temperature seems to be around 55 degrees F to 40 degrees F in early April. It's best to wear layers to be prepared for this range of moderate temperatures, ranging from early Spring sunshine to colder evenings. Rain is a common occurrence in these parts of the world so it's best to wear waterproof non-slip shoes and a warm raincoat. In the case of extreme storms where locals would even stay inside, we, of course, would not venture out. Edinburgh is a relatively small area and is best explored on foot so this will be our main form of transportation, but we will use taxis and buses when needed. You are welcome to pay for you own transportation if walking isn't doable for you. Numerous sources say this is a beautiful time of year when things are beginning to bloom. It's also not typically a heavy tourist time.
